Yukon Supreme Court Justice Karen Wenckebach conducted a recount today for the district of Vuntut Gwitchin. Debra-Leigh Reti, candidate for the Yukon Liberal Party was confirmed as having received the most votes and is declared elected in the district. 
At the Official Addition held in the district of Vuntut Gwitchin on November 6, 2025, the vote difference between Debra-Leigh Reti and Annie Blake was seven votes.   The recount confirmed the results of the Official Addition:

• Debra-Leigh Reti    52
• Annie Blake        45
• Sandra Charlie        34

Recounts are conducted by a Justice of the Supreme Court of Yukon after the Official Addition if there is an equality of ballots cast for two or more candidates, or the difference between the number of ballots cast for the candidate receiving the greatest number of ballots and another candidate is 10 or less.  

A recount can also be ordered if a Judge of the Supreme Court receives an application, before the end of the sixth day following the Official Addition, supported by a credible witness if it is made to appear the deputy returning officer has improperly counted or improperly rejected the ballots or has made an incorrect statement on the number of ballots cast for any candidate, or the returning officer has improperly conduced the official addition.  No application has been received.   
With the recount completed for Vuntut Gwitchin, the official results for all districts have now been finalized and received by the Chief Electoral Officer.
