LATEST NEWS	Advance Polls open today 8:00 AM-8:00 PM to serve electors. Electors served at Advance Polls so far: 3816 Early registration has closed. Registration continues at returning offices and at polling places when you vote. Nominations for the School board elections are open. They close November 7.
ELECTION ACTIVITY	Returning offices are open from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM today. In-person special ballot voting continues at returning offices. Focus on readiness for advance polls with recruiting, training and material distribution.
PLEBISCITE	Plebiscite information, FAQ’s and a plebiscite voter guide are available on the website and in returning offices.
REGISTRATIONS	Registration continues to be available at returning offices and polling places when you go to vote. Current number of registered electors: 35,719. Number of registered electors: 35,760 at the issue of the writ.

CANDIDATES	Number of Candidates: 61
ADVANCE POLLS	Open Sunday and Monday, October 26 and 27, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. A special Advance Poll (Territorial) will also be available in Whitehorse at the Elks Lodge for any elector. This also supports electors outside of Whitehorse who may be in Whitehorse during the Advance Poll and otherwise might not be able to vote.
SPECIAL BALLOTS	Early in-person special ballot voting is open to all electors at returning offices. Special ballot applications closed for mail-out. Applications remain open at Returning Offices until Friday, October 31, 2025. Days remaining to apply for special ballot: 4 Total special ballots issued by returning office and mail-out: 2,340 Special ballots sent by courier: 123 Returned: 8
