In-person voting opened Tuesday, January 11, 2022. Referendum voting will be open until Thursday, January 27, 2022. Eligible electors have more options than ever to cast their vote. The options to receive a referendum ballot include:
- In-person voting during set hours with the Referendum Officers in the community (dates, times and locations are available on ElectionsYukon.ca);
- In-person voting by appointment with the Referendum Officer in the community over the 17-day referendum period;
- Requesting to have a referendum ballot kit mailed (applications available online); or
- In-person voting at the Main Administration Building in Whitehorse, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
COVID-19 protocols, including the Safe 6 + 1 are in place for all in-person voting. Masks will be required.
